We apologize if you are having issues with our system. Most issues reported to us so far have been related to log in, which we've tried to make as simple as possible for a complex process, and we think we have resolved them. However, if you continue to have issues, here are some things you can try...

Email Login

  • If you are not receiving an email message within 1-2 minutes, try checking your email SPAM folder to see if it is there.

UCI Login via UCInetID

  • Try using a private/incognito window with your web browser.
  • Try logging out from UCI logins and log in again.
  • Try quitting your web browser or trying a different web browser.

Ask for Technical Support Help or RSVP by Telephone

A member of our technical support team would be happy to help you via whatever method you prefer, i.e. email, telephone, or Zoom session. Alternatively, we can also take your RSVP by telephone and we will send you a confirmation manually.
